Evil Orko and how to use florescant paint for Comic Art.

I Recently did this commission for a client, who requested an evil version of my previous "Orko" drawing with a matching glow it the dark Aesthetic, and black light reactive inks. Super Fun piece to do, as growing up I was a huge Masters of the Universe fan.
